Vegan Choco-Chip Cookies

I finally did it!
cream 1/2 cup Coconut Oil, 1/4 cup Confectioners Sugar, 1/4 cup Agave Nectar
add in: 1tsp Vanilla, 2Tbs Almond Milk, 1/4 cup Flax Meal, 1/2 cup Whole Wheat Flour

Fold in mini-chocolate chips. bake for 10 minutes at 350 degrees. let cool
note, the coconut oil makes the cookies spread. make sure there is enough space between them!
